ORDERS

CarlosZ observes strict workmanship standards to ensure high quality product. However, all of the jewelry is manufactured by hand and features subtle variations in detail and finish from items photographed on our website.

Each piece is individually made and requires a 2-3 week shipping window. Limited inventory is available on some styles. Please inquire if there is a greater urgency to the timing of the delivery. We wish to accommodate customer’s delivery requests if it’s in our ability.

Upon receipt of the order, you will receive an order confirmation via email with a shipping window quote.

You can choose to cancel your order within 24 hours of receipt of shipping window notice. If we do not receive a notice of cancellation within 24 hours, we will go forward with production and the return policy will apply.

PAYMENT METHODS

CarlosZ accepts the following credit cards: American Express, Visa, Master Card and Discover.

We can also provide bank information for domestic or international wire transfers.

NO SALES TAX

We are a New York business; sales tax will only be applied if you live in the state of New York or as otherwise required by law.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING OPTIONS

All Domestic orders are shipped FedEx insured second day at $20 flat. All shipments are subject to payment in full by customer.

We will send you an email with a tracking # once your order has shipped.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING OPTIONS

International orders are shipped at the customer’s expense.

All shipping, customs and duty fees (if applicable) are subject to payment in full by customer.

We are not responsible for any duties or taxes incurred by the county that we are shipping to.

CANCELLATIONS & RETURN POLICY

Cancellations must be made within 24 hours from the date your order is received. Returns must be received within 7 business days of receipt. Items must be without wear and in as shipped condition. You will need to contact us for RA #. Please email us at clientcare@carlosz.nyc

All custom style order sales are final.

Shipping charges will be deducted from any credits. All return shipments must be insured for the full dollar amount.
